Default Tri-Y fit on a 69 Stroker

This project involves stroking out a 351W to a 408 and upgrading the transmission to a TKO-600.
I'm having trouble figuring out if the clutch cable will clear the headers I want, I'm reading a lot of conflicting information on this so I'm hoping someone has done this exact setup and can provide some insight.
I'm looking at Doug's Tri-Ys for this as I've heard a lot of good things about them but I'm not married to them either, if another manufacturer does quality Tri-Ys that will provide a better fit for this project then I'm game.

thanks!
