ahhhh! my inocent eyes have been burned! the sight of the riced stang. its so wrong.*tears*but ya, as a youngin' i can say my peeps are like that. i dont agree but a lot of younger guys see that as cool. i figure cool as: stock enough looking, good exhaust tone(doesnt roar at only 15mph),and a nice amount of horses/torque. its how it performs that i like.

I also dont agree with you...although i believe that there is a limit a set of nice chrome rims, body kit never hurts. I think it brings out the look of a mustang. Mustangs werent meant to look boring (my opinion). I think that those types of things add a special taste to a mustang. I agree 100 percent they are muscle cars but who says muscle cars have to be stock looking? I think that black and white mustang looks awesome. But like i said there is a point of getting carried away (like that yellow mustang above). Again thats just my opinion.

How many times have you been sitting at a light and sse a Ricer sputter by, Shake you head and say out loud, Why would anyone do that to their car?

Even if it was once, that was one time too many. They must be trying to make up for something they are lacking in their personal life.

Gotta love people who generalize and perpetuate stereotypes.... shows a certain ignorance that's not worth reasoning with. That's in reference to quote above.

That person has the right to put a wing on their car
That person has the right to put a ridiculous paint job on their car
And I have the right to not give a $%!# about them doing it.

I don't like it but really don't care. Taste is what it is.....subjective.

I just think without going to the extreme it's okay...the stock look just seems too plain for me...i think alittle twist is okay, but a line has to be drawn.

Have to agree, this is my third stang and I forgot to put 12 lcd moniters in the dashboard and left the kazoo muffler in the parts store on my last trip there. Upon completion of my current 65 f/b it wont be stock, mainly upgrades involving suspension, brakes, some go fast stuff it WILL NOT BE A RICER. great post. KEEP IT REAL.

I agree. If that person wants to spend their money on something they think looks pleasing, let em. Its not your money, its not your car. Why worry about it?

Maybe the basic of it all is who a vehicle owner is trying to impress. Usually the ones trying to impress others will be a ricer, where as the ones trying to impress themselves will not. The gold one says, "Hey look st me, I have alot of money to blow on a paint job"...

I for one would rather impress myself, and embarass everyone else... Im a go type, not a show type.
