Can I remove/install a front shock safely/effectively with the car on the ground?

Need to replace a bleeder.

it seems like most people here recommend the kyb gas-a-justs....so i bought them and have been impressed...although i installed mine at the same time as bigger sway bars

What size sway bars are on a stock mustang? As far as shocksm I have also heard the KYB's are the best. Mustangs unlimited has a suspension kit, with front and rear sway bars, and KYB gas shocks for like 290.

nah, koni are just for track use, there the most uneasy ride and uncomfortable to boot, they are super stiff, and hold up nice under compression, however i will concure with everyone else and throw on KYB shocks, i have them on my car, and they feel stiff when they need to be, without having to fell the harshness of the road
