hey anyone go from a stock 3speed to a c4 or c6...what is better for a hp289 or a stock 302 nothing strong just enough to handle it. i know i need a kick down for it but what else do i need?

ill trade you a transmission and pedal assembly for yours. Heck, ill give you two auto trannys.

 

You will also need a radiator with a cooler in it, a shifter, a flexplate, the converter, and the trans.. among other things..

well here is the ting i need it to mount to a 302( i dont think it fits any diff then a 289) and i hope i can keep some cross member and whatknot...i see them for 800 and thats the cheapes and thats not counting torqe convert or flexplate and so on so this is killing me!!!

 

Your clutch brake pedal assembly is worth A LOT. I paid $380 for mine, but its refurbished. I see a lot of guys are already jumping at your stuff...

 

yeah.....if was currently doing a T5 swap id probably give my first born for that pedal assembly......maybe some more family members too.

 

ill trade you all my auto stuff for all yer manual stuff. No problem. If youve got a drive shaft and all that stuff we could split the shipping.
