I was just wonderin what the difference is between a 289 and a 302. I heard they just have different heads? But i don't know. Just wonderin

<FONT color=black>Bore and stroke are different, as well as minor changes to the heads. If you put the 2 side by side with the same equipment on them, it's almost hard to tell the difference. I'm sure someone with more engine building experience could elaborate more......</FONT>

The only real difference is stroke both have 4' bores.</P>

THE STROKE IS DIFF...2.87....3.00 INCH...NOT MUCH..
