I just would like to say hi to everybody, Soaring i hope your doing alright. I've been working hard, & playin harder. Getting ride ready to be massaged & repainted. Pullin engine to do engine compartment in new grabber blue with clear coat. I'm havin all the dents, nicks, and chips removed & then primer block sanding. We're going 2 wet sand between coats. Goin to rebuild the 351 C with a 426 stroker kit & alum. cylinder heads, roller cam & rockers. This is no excuse for not stayin in touch. I'll try to drop in more often. I miss being able to chat with everybody.

Where ya gettin the stroker kit? I have a 71 4 bolt block with 4V heads that would work great with more cubes

We have several options to choose from, Speed-O-Motive, Inc. at www.speedomotive.com, has a 351C to 426 severe duty racing crank kit. They also have other kits, 351C to 408 etc. www.strokerkits.com have a 351C to a 393, to a 434. www.rpmmachine.com have a 351C to a 396. www.cprparts.com Custom Performance Racing has a 351C toa 383, & 351C to a 393. Summit Racing www.summitracing.com also has a 351C to a 408. I would suggest to have a local guru of your choice re-balance these kits. I'm still tossing around roller cam & cost verses to solid cam. Please let me know if this is any help, and what your & everybody elses thoughts are. I prefer myself, a stroker verses a big bore. I will be burning pump gas. Just type in 351C stroker kits, you will be surprised how many pop up.
