Default Engine Swap

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I couldn't find it. I am wanting to put a 302 out of my 95 stang in my 65 stang, what will I need? I know of a few things like the oil pan, distibutor gear, and flywheel. I know that my 95 has a 50oz flywheel but not sure about the 289 that came out of my 65, is it 28oz or 50oz? Is there anything I'm missing?

The early engines had 28oz but if you already have the flywheel it will work. They arent hard to find in any case. Oil pan, pickup tube, and the distributor gear only needs changed if you switch from a factory cam. If I remember correctly, the stock engines had a cast iron gear on the cam so they didnt have to use a bronze gear like you do when you run a billet cam in a solid roller setup.
