Yes, yesterday it happened. Mustang is at paintshop!

Body work done and we are ready to move car.

Next stop is paintshop! Don“t worry, car tied down secure way. Orange color ropes are just to hold down cover.

Is that really your tow vehicle? Wow! I'm glad I have a 3/4 ton pickup. That looks scary. I'm happy for you on the paint. What will you have to pay for the paint job?

HAHA, i could see the brakes locking up and that setup doing a 180* from pure weight and the mustang/trailer will be towing the little car down the hill. good luck though, seriously.

Hope you don't mind a little friendly advice before you paint. Block that decklid with some 220. Also I'd shoot 3 coats of primer on it and then 220 block it so the color goes on smooth. Have fun painting it. Hope it turns out nice.

Nice try, but it is not Buick it is Opel and it is larger than that Buick. Yes hitch is same as in truck and when you know what you do brakes does not lock and ABS will help. Rolling Mustang body does not weight much. I was subrised that four men just pushed it to trailer very easilly. Still it was scary 20 miles. I knew that I can handle this towing, but if someone other hit the trailer at highway [:@]

About price of paintjob. Most expensive offer was $5900 and cheapest was $2400. Which I choose was around $2900.

I have to show these off-topic pictures that you see difference. Buick is much smaller car than Opel, but still Blazer would be much better choise for this job.

Opel Monza

Buick Skyhawk

I was just guessing that it was a buick because of the tailights. I don't think i've ever seen a buick like the one in that picture.
