Default What’s it worth?

I have the chance to buy a 1968 Mustang Fastback, original 390 motor - 90,000 miles on it, original automatic transmission, original black interior with front bench seat - but not a fold down seat in the rear, original green paint - though it's rough and needs to be repainted. NOt the original wheels, nor the original hood or front fender. These had to be replaced because of a minor wreck, but you cannot tell that it has been wrecked, whoever fixed it did a half way descentjob. What is this car worth? Any replies will be greatly appreciated.
