Default 9" parts

I have a disassembled 9" laying around that I would like to get rid of. I started breaking the 9" down in plans to use the original housing, but have gone a different route, so now I have..

-67-70 small bearing 28spline axles. ~SOLD

-Center section, assembled and ready to throw in new housing. its 28spline, 2.79, open. Again, outside is a bit dirty, but gears look pretty good. I remember cleaning off the front before I tore it down, but its not spotless.

-NEW Bendix drums. I bought these before I decided to do a rear disc conversion. They have 0 wear on them, and I painted them to prevent rusting. I put a light coat of paint on the contact area, generally bad, but I didn't plan on using them for awhile and didn't want rust. I would remove this pre-shipping...

-Drum assembly w/ backing plates. I don't know much about these, but I can get pictures. They are dirty...

-And finally, the original 9" housing for 67-70. Housing could use some work though. Would need machining before it is up-to-specs.

-I have a main shaft out of a Tremeck TKO transmission. Was told this was brand new and was sitting in a box. The only thing wrong with it is the largest gear has a small amount of rust in the grooves. The rest seems fine. I dunno if this could be blasted or perhaps electrolysis, I know little on transmissions..

-Set of 1.25 Aluminum wheel adapters w/ lugs

-New original style floor "underlayment"...sound deadening. Still in box from CJ

Will add more items later that could be used for classics later when I find more...

Nic

Ok, heres a few pictures of the axles and the centersection. I'd have to say these things are new, or atleast machined, becuase the shaft and threads are perfect. Retainers are tight and bearings roll smoothly. Studs are good unless you want to replace them. The axle face and area between the face and bearing is grimy, but only cosmetically.

Waffles, I think maybe I should remove the housing from the list and just scrap it. The bearing openings should be honed to smooth them out, the weld on the back of the hump needs fixed becuase it leaks, and the PO did some kind of hack job to the front where the gasket lies. So, it would probably simply need a new center welded in and the honing...
