Default traction bars

i am building a street car that should be putting down some good numbers... does anyone think that cal-tracs are too overkill for the street? if so, any suggestions on good traction bars? they want likd 339 for a set. here is the link: http://calvertracing.com/caltracs.php

also, i wanna put a set of 15x10.5 rims on my 67 coupe, would that fit?
