Will the 98 Cobra seats fit into my 94 convertible, especially the rear seats?

 

yea they should i think from 94 to 98 they pretty much have the same seats and brackets.

 

yeah...from 94-04 have the same seat brackets. the front seats are completely the same, the rear seats are diff from convertible to coupe though. but as long as the seats are out of a 98 convertible, then they will fit your 94 convertible.
