So what's the best way to get the the stereo to sound decent? I have a Sony head unit and Alpine speakers. The rears sound the worst...and I am sure because the rear speakers are just kind of hanging out. Any ideas on what to do?

i had infiniti's 5x7 (i think) in the rear and they were great until my friend turned up the radio while the ATT button was on, then pushed the ATT button and blew my speakers. you definitely need good tweeters up front. i think i'm gonna mount them in the top corners of the windsheild, some 6 1/2 in the doors.
