Default 92 Convertible - Replace rear window motor?

First post...Just bought a 92 GT Convert and love it. Starting to get to know the issues in the car and ran into the first one today.

Drivers side rear window doesn't open/close or respond to the window switch. I took out the speakers to access the leads to the window motor and when I hit the switch it read 12V...so I'm thinking I need to replace the window motor.

Anyone ever done this? If so, any lessons/suggestions?

Looks like I need to take off the seatbelt assembly, then simply bolt-out/bolt-on a new motor?

Also...what's a good source for new weatherstripping/window pads?

Thanks!
