I have an 08 mustang convertible. I have had the connections on the rear window defroster replaced twice on each side. I had one done today and the glass tech told me they whole array is flaking off. Anyone else having this problem? Next time the connections come of I will probably have to replace the rear window on the canvas top.

 

First, you are in the wrong section. This is for issues with the forum - not for issues with your car. There is a section for the S197 and for the convertible.

You can get a good repair kit from frostfighter.com I had to use that on my 2006 when the dealer repair failed twice. After I got the kit and did it myself, never had another problem.
