Was hoping someone might know the answer to this one. My third brake light shorte out and took the Body Control/ Lighting Control Module out with it. I got the new 3rd brake light and also a used BCM/LCM out of a 2011 coupe. The problem now is if I put in the used one from a coupe, the third brake light works but the convertible top doesn't. Are they different parts for a coupe and convertible or does the BCM/LCM have to be reprogrammed? I have looked everywhere and can't find an answer to this anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.
