Default 2004 Mustang Top not closing - front frames sagging

I have a 2004 and suddenly the top stopped closing, there is a gap that avoids the lock pins to get close to the hole.
I believe the frame needs to be moved forward and that middle / front part needs to be lifted up. but I don't know how.
My husband took a look at it and he is being trying trying, but we are kind of stuck at this.

Please look at the pictures and try to help me as much as you guys can! What can I do?

Thank you

Both at the same time? It was closing fine in a minute and the next this thing appeared and would not get even close to the lock hole. Its a hydraulic system that works fine.

Do you have any pictures you can post to help me ?
Thank you
