05 convertible top not working

Hello everyone, My convertible top is not working and my passinger side rear quarter window will not go down either. Can this be related? Any help will be appreciated. Rustyrides

If the window won't go down then the top won't operate. There is a switch that tells the top that the windows are down before the top switch will work.
