The website can only calculate postage in the US. We do, however, ship worldwide. Depending on the product, shipping to your location can be substantially more than here in the sates. That said we have found that even with the higher shipping prices we are able to get the product to you at a lower total cost than purchasing it locally. As far as a PO Box address there are many items that we can ship there but larger items, for obvious reasons, can't be.
