Default paint wheel wells

I heard that painting your wheel wells makes the car look like new. Is there an special paint I should use to do this? Obviously I will be taking the wheel wells off of the car to do this lol.

For the rear, use undercoating. For the front, You should just clean them with soap and water. I wouldn`t spray anything on the plastic. It will just peel off in time and probly look like ****. [&:]

I painted my wheel wells and calipers/brake parts a few months ago (stang). I used krylon BBQ black paint. Looks great. I paint the wheel wells of all my cars when they appear to need it. To me, it's always a task worth doing. Later.
