Replace the engine with a 99+ motor. It looks great aside from the wing, which you have said it is no longer on the car.
Now it's time for the go-fast goodies. Throw some 4.10 gears at it, then swap motor's if you can!!
There is a ton I could go into detail about but I won't do that until you have some plans and need specific opinions.
