There is this orange spray bug remover that is the bomb. I cant remember the exact name but it is an aerosol can and it sprays out foam then you wipe it off.

Nah man, that will work trust me. If you can find it that is...

There are also other techniques to remove them, check out the detailing forum.

Concentrated Simple green sprayed directly on the affected areas, let sit for 30 seconds, use a clean wet sponge to wipe (gently scrub), rinse, repeat, then dry the area, use a clay bar, then wax. Should get all the crap off.

Hopefully those weren't the dreaded Florida love bugs. The juice from them hitting your bumper will eat right through your clearcoat if not washed off promptly. The marks on your bumper are the same as the ones on mine and I have used everything on them. I've given up and decided just to get it repainted.

how much did that cost you to get it repainted, i also got a big *** scratch on my bumper so it would just give me an excuse to repaint it

275.00 for base coat and two layers of clear. Now I'm catching hell from all the highway driving following tractor trailers who sling rocks all over the place.

doesnt look like your hood is all that bad...i would just repaint your front bumper

and try takin care of it a little more the second time around. like a good wash

and wax job every week or two.
