Is it overspray? I have used detail clay to remove overspray before. Worked great.
More info maybe? Later.

I agree. Nothing in the world works better and is more safe than a clay bar. A bit pricey but a hell of alot cheaper than a new paint job.

Any tips on claybar use. I followed the directions and its not helping

Be sure to use a spray on type of detailer to lube the clay. Then rub the clay in a back and forth motion. I then use a towel to wipe it clean.

Ok. Next step. Sell your car. J/k dude, seriously go get some Turtle Wax polishing compound. Make sure it is fine cut. Put some on a micro fiber rag and rub the affected area. PLEASE be careful not to rub too hard. If you rub too hard it WILL remove clearcoat and even paint! After you do this process re-clay bar the area and put on some wax (If the dupilicolor comes off which if you do this should not be a problem at all) Good luck.
