avoid doing this
I bought a mr clean car washing system.Ihave really hard water and the thing works pretty good for my needs. The other day however, I was using this device and had run out of the soap that comes with it . I was able to fill the soap resivoir only half full
with the mr clean soap so I grabbed a bottle of simons soap and mixed the two.Bad mistake,as it shot out of the sprayer in a glue like substance that was a pita to get off. It came out in a congealed form that created a mess. There is still a little bit in spots on my car, but next wash should get it.

The return of the BLOB!! Lesson learned.....DO NOT MIX CHEMICALS! Your result can be something really nasty. A case in point is the simple mixture of SPIC 'n SPAN floor cleaner (no, not a Puerto Rican super hero duo) and any ammonia based cleaner. The two together causes a toxic gas that can kill you! Many a housewife was found on the floor unconscious thinking they were making some sort of super cleaner. Be careful.
