I tried it over this past weekend and I thought that it sucked! It didn't remove waterspots or anything else for that matter like traditional wax will. [:'(]

I used it very recently. I thought it did an amazing job. It brought out the metalic flake in the paint and made the car look like it was still wet. You can see the results in this thread. Check out the pics.

ICE is the easiest wax to apply ever. It literally took my 20 minutes to do the whole car. Don't have to worry about hitting plastic/vinyl parts. Nice smooth finish. It's not really a polish, so it's not going to do great on scratches, etc, but it worked great on my silver car that hadnt been waxed since before the winter [:@] Used it on my wife's brand new escape too....what a breeze...it's worth trying out. I'm goin to put on 2 more coats next weekend before a local car show...I'll try to grab some good pics...car is dirty from the rain we had last nite right now.

It is better for useing on the plastics, it's just the water spots I couldn't get it to remove. Maybe it is my water.

water spots form from not drying properly.....not the wax. If the paint has permanent spots you need to try a polish I would think.

I'd put it in the class of a heavy instant detailer. If you need trim dressing, use a trim dressing. If you need polish, use a real polish (I saw no polishing going on with this stuff). If you need wax, get yourself a nice carnauba or synthetic.

I surf several car care forums and it seems the guys with either brand new cars -- or the guys who wouldn't know a good wax job if it fell out of the sky, landed on their face, and wiggled -- are the only guys who like this stuff.

I do see some positive qualities to it for some people, but it's not a trim dressing and it's not a polish and it's barely a wax... it's not for me. You do get a decent microfiber towel in the kit, but you can get those for a lot less than the 18 bucks they want for this stuff.

basically don't expect it to work miracles. Its nice and easy to apply after you've used a polish or on a new car.

You're never going to get away from needing a good old fashioned wax, but TW Ice is something that is quick and helpfull in between those traditional wax jobs.

I have a 97GT and when I used it for the first time it made many of the tiny knicks in the front of the hood basically disappear.

Very easy to use, I'd recommend it...
