I am looking to wax my car and i want to put a second coat of wax on it also. How do u guys put 2 coats on ur car?

I have heard put a coat on and take it off then repeat. also heard put a coat on then put another coat on then take it off!

Any suggestions???????????

Any one know if it would it makes a differance (lasts longer , more shine.....ect) if you did two rounds of glaze and wax ? Example...........cleaning , glaze , wax on - wax off, GLAZE AGAIN , wax -on was -off ,

The only problem with this is with the second coat of glaze you will probably remove the majority of the first coat's wax. Waxing a second time is a great idea. Just don't repeat the glaze.

If you are going to layer wax finish the first coat, buff it out and let it cure for at least 2-4 hours before the second coat.

well thanks for the info , i guess ill stick to glaze and wax , and ill consider a second coat of wax to see how much differnt it comes out , becouse its hell of alot of time , the whole process takes me about 3 hours and thats working fast to prevent the sun from catching up

Thanks guys. Deff some good info!! The car is looking great!! Except its pooring rain out so i refuse to drive it now!!

You are wise beyond your years......... or is that wet behind your ears, I alway get those confused. In any event I agree I don't drive mine in the rain either, that's why God invented the garage.

You gotta LOVE the garage except when ur brother comes home and thinks his old Subura should get the garage instead of my brand new Mustang!! Gotta love those brothers!
