Hey guys, give me a hand here. I waxed my car and got a little wax on the plastic on the bottom of the windshield. How do you get wax off plastic. I used to have a real big problem with that also with my Honda Accord. Is there a product to get wax off plastic. I have had no luck geting it off.!!!

I have a 2005 Mustang and I had trouble getting wax off plastic. But if you get a little detail brush made for removing wax from plastic with a little patience you can get it off. Also you can try Mothers Back to Black , I read and heared it works. I am considering getting it myself. Go to mothers website and read about it.

Try using a white eraser. You can find them in art supply stores usually. Just rub it ever so lightly on the problem area. Follow up with some trim protectant and you'll be good to go. Next time, treat your trim before you wax. That way, any wax that gets on it will be easier to wipe off.

There is a product out there I had a little trouble finding it but it is specifically made as a exterior trim cleaner and protectant I believe it is made by Black Magic (I really don't like thier products) but this stuff works!
