Default First time waxing new car... NXT?

I went out today bought an a Mr. Clean Autodry and NXT wax. What do you guys think of this combo on a new car? It was just delivered the other day, so it's time for its first wash!

My preference is nothing but.....TURTLE WAX ICE. No residue, it goes over black, vinyl, rubber, headlights you name it. BRILLIANT SHINE, deep, wet, reflective. My car is a week older than yours (5/24)
I even did my interior (black vinyl) it loooooooooooks awesome.
Take the NXT back, and get TWI

Turtle wax ice has absolutely terrable reviews everywhere I have read. You may want to reconsider.

But I am sure it will make a new car look good, anything does.

I would be interested in any wax that does not get into vinyl or plastic trim...and stays there FOREVER. If this stuff doesn't show up on badges and what not, I'd give it a shot. I hate waxing a car just because no matter how good of job you do, you'll be finding left over white spots for months (If not years)

I still haven't heard anything about ICE's protection qualities and longevity.

If you are going to stick with OTC stuff, then I'd go with Mothers Reflections Series.

I have been using the NXT wax for a year now and it is the best wax I have ever used. The stuff does not dry white, does not turn your plastic/vinyl parts white and wipes off easy. It also has very good protection. I have never seen any wax from Turtle wax that was worth a crap...that is just my opinion, plus I have tried most of the turtle wax products and didn't like any that I have ever bought.
