I scuffed up one of my saleen rims today.. Does anyone have any way to get scuff marks out of chrome? It is not like a deep grove it just seems to be a surface scuff or scratch.. thanks Josh

yeah thanks for the help spro.... either you know a way too get surface scuff marks out or you don't, pics are NOT necessary..

 

Not trying to be a *ick, sorry dude. But it depends on how severe it is. Sometimes you`ll get lucky, sometimes you wont.
Very fine steel wool might work. A cleaner wax might work. Or chrome polish.
And YES, pics are a better way to tell.

Start with the finest you can find first, then work your way up. More free advice, dont ask for help then pi$$ off your helpers.

 

Use the finest steel wool you can find. It does work good on chrome and you can use it on glass if needed. Heres a pic of the steel wool I use. Not a very good pic but it may help.
