I use Poorboy's Natural look. I prefer the factory matte finish. If you want gloss you just put more on.

Meguiars dash foam! You can also use tire shine, just apply it with a cloth.

best product i have come across are Pledge Wipes, they protect and shine without giving that fake sheen.

Armorall is the worst thing you can use on your interior it leaves it all oily an just attracts more dust an dirt etc....
