Can anyone tell me how to get gum out of my carpetted floor mat?

If its not mashed in, use an ice cube to make it hard, then scrub it out with a brush. Sometimes you can cut it out of the carpet.

 

All you need is lacquer thinner and a small wire brush (like what's used for cleaning grills). Just gently scrub it, and the lacquer thinner will dissolve it because they are alcohol based. You won't need to cut it out of the carpet if you do it this way.
