Well besides my actual love life sucking really bad right now... these "love bugs" annoy the **** out of me:

does anyone else get these in their area? They are all over the place where i live and get all over your car
(not my car but u get the point)... the problem is that their insides are very acidic and can easily eat away at your paint if left on there for too long ....and also they have an odd odor that loves to somehow sneak into your vents and stink up your car

so i went to a local advanced auto to get some bug remover stuff bc these things stick like superglue! and he advised me to use the weirdest thing.. he told me to use a fabric softner sheet (like Bounce) and wet it and use that to get the bugs off of the car... I NEVER would have thought that it would work ... but it works like magic... any one ever used this before?

Try Bug Squash by Poorboys World. I never have a problem even with the toughest bugs. Just spray it on the area with all the bugs and let it soak for about 30 seconds to a minute. Then come back to the area and they will come off pretty easy.

Oh my fricking god!!! [:-]Nope-I've never seen these where I live. We have shad flies but they are smaller I think. I use bug and tar remover usually.

 

I just met a guy at the car show today that vacations in Florida for a couple months. They showed me their motorhome all of the bugs. Those things are huge! I had never seen them before.

 

I would be waxing the crap out of the front of my car!!! Good luck with that and be glad its not a jeep. I drive mine whenever I feel there are too many bugs in the area, I swear It kills half of them!!
