I baught tail lights from those people for my girlfriends grand am, and they said there were defects in the item, and they'd ship them to us when they got them in at a minimum of two weeks. i waited like a jack@ss. Three weeks later, i threatend to cancel the order if they didnt get them to me in a week......i was gracious enough to give them 8 days...and on the eight day, i got a message saying they would refund the money. its been another month...still no money has hit my acct. i used paypal, im going to have to email them or something. Bottom line, dont use PRO EXHAUST ebay store. Thats my warning.

Don't email them, complain to Paypal. Paypal will refund your money then extract it from their account whether they want to give it up or not. That's their job and they work for you, not the merchant. Protecting consumers is why they exist.
They'll refund the money no questions asked if you tell them what you told us.
