do i need to buy the kit for this? i was looking at it when i popped the hood, and it looks like i can just undo the screws and take it out.

 

believe it or not...your grill keeps the front bumper cover stable

 

actually thats not the problem. the problem is that when you remove the grill, you have like 5 nasty lookin holes in your bumber sittin there. you would also need to make a braket to hold the pony up. the grill delete kit gives you a radiator gaurd thing, pony w/ mount, and a plastic piece that covers the holes up and looks really good.

 

oh. ok. just checkin. guess thats next on my list of things to get.
