Hi, everyone. I am new to this forum. I just got a 2004 Mustang. The first couple things that I wanted to do to the car are change the exhaust and put a body kit on it. I am pretty sure I will go with magnaflows but I have a question about body kits. I was just wondering (if anyone has any idea) around (est.) how much does it cost to get your body kit painted to match your car once you receive it?? Thanks.

 

save your money for performance mods because body kits are ugly show and don't ad go.

 

I personally like the Stalker body kit. Check out thekit at www.cervinis.com You can do a bit at a time. As for the paint cost. Have all your going to put on painted at the same time to cut the cost. You can take pictures of the pieces or take them to several body shops and get estimates. Good luck.

 

Thanks, dwhite645. I realize that they don't add go to the car but they can make your mustang more unique or personalized for you. I personally like body kits because some make the car look even more sporty than it already looks and it is something that I am doing to my car that makes it different from everyone elses mustang. Thanks also, cobrakid. I also like the stalker kit. I was looking at another one as my top choice though. If I end up getting a body kit I was planning on purchasing everything at once and taking it all in at the same time just like you suggested. I was just hoping somebody who already has dealt with a body kit before would reply with an estimate as to how much it would cost. If it is an outrageous amout then I will forgo the body kit. If noone replies who has put a body kit on their car then I will try to get pics of the body kit and then follow your suggestion and take them in for estimates. Thanks again to both of you.
