Default need some advice

I just got my 04 mustang coupe and am looking to do some work on it. (pics) I have looked at some body kits and liked the blitz kit but I havent seen one for an 04. Is there any accessories you could recommend for my car? Thx guys.

My advice : don't get some riced out body kit - if you chose a body kit then make sure its classy - with a roush or a saleen type look.

The cheapest and easiest way to get better looks, and handling, is with a set of lowering springs. Keep it under 1.5" drop and you won't need C&C plates or new shocks / struts.

ehhh... rice is rice to some, and tasteful to others... let your own opinions guide you in your selection of parts that you are going to pay for on your car... get the drift? It's your car...

Anyway... anything 99-04 bodywise will work with your car. Look at pictures of other cars and products and buy whatever you like. One of the best things about mustangs I've found is that there are SO many aftermarket vendors catering to mustangs that you can make your car look anyway you like.

What do I recommend? Start with an aftermarket dual exhaust, of course your choice... and go from there. If you can afford it replace your mid pipe and cat-back. If your state allows it or you have a way around emissions/emissions visual checks then get an Off Road H/X pipe... if not... spend the extra money and get a high flow catted mid pipe.

Next? Depends on what you want to do... if you want to go fast and that's it... concentrate on your engine and replace the heads/intake manifolds/crank/cam/pistons/tb/injectors/headers/etc and go fast... if you want to go show... then go show and do minimal performance upgrades since the weight of a show car will pretty much make go fast parts moot.

Have fun and ask away!
