Default Polishing Chrome Rims

Just got a new set a chrome deep dish Bullit rims for my new stang... and would like to know the best way to polish them. Are they clearcoated just like the paint so a regular wax would work or do I need metal-specific cleaners and polishes?

Thanks for your offerings...

Since they are new I would just clean them with soap and water. Mothers has some good chrome polish. Also you can use a wheel sealant to protect them after you polish.

CLEARCOAT on chrome [&:] I've never heard of that. But, +1 on Turtle Wax Chrome Polish.
