Default Scoop problem

I have a 2000 gt and the scoop on the hood has lifted on one of the sides. Do I need to replace it or can I glue it? What can I do to fix this? I'm a newbie, so I'm stumped.

Also side question if anyone knows, What kind of Radiator coolant should I use?

Since the scoops are made of fiberglass I would take it to a body shop that works on fiberglass and have them repair it.
As far as the coolent Not sure what 00' takes but it should say under the hood on one of the stickers and also in your owners manual. My 99' uses green only w/ 50/50 mix.

I would think one of the bolts holding it on came loose. Lift the hood and remove the insulator (I guess that's what it's called) and check the bolts on it. Hope this helps.

+1 the scoop attatched to the hood using bolts on the underside of the hood underneath the insulator pad. Just remove the insulation and check to see that everything is in place.
