k heres my delima. i messed up my car in feb and i finally got it put back together. but the problem is that i got my left quarter panel off a regular 95 mustang so the little air fent to the tires is just a piece of plastic. is the ra way to open it back up?

 

hey they all ahgve that yes there is a way to get it off the dremel tool works wonders or any cutting device but if u dont want to cut then i dont think its possibel because i think its riveted on but the air does go throught it is a workalbe vent so u dont have to cut it off to make it work
