I am looking for your opinion.

I'm bored with the dreary looking head/tail lights on my '88 LX 5.0 Hatchback. So I have ventured into the aftermarket for alternatives...My question is, has any one seen or setup a '87-'93 Mustang with the front and rear Alteeza Euro setup? If so, what's your take on it? And if you have other options, I would appreciate your generosity.

My baby(Original Owner) is Starburst Red, 5 Spoke Rims, GT-500 Hood, Saleen side skirts, rear valance, Razzi Front Spoiler and Magnaflow Exhaust with Polished Tips...I am finding it tough to visualize, my guess is that they will enhance the appearance, but I may be wrong...As I usually am.

Thanks for you time

-Tim

on the fox body style i personally feel that the euros look nice, and not many people have them (on stangs), i would say that with your set up they would enhance the rear end visual, another option would be clear tail lights, i saw an 91 gt yesterday with some and it looked sharp with the bright red paint, warning: just my personal opinion!

Thanks for the input...I think I am going to go for it, worst case scenario is if I don't like them, I can always put the ooriginals back on.

LLOYD,

Is this your opinion as a purist? Or are you basing this on a prsonal experience?

You have me thinking now :| Does anyone know of a link with the Mustang/Alteeza setup?

%^##*@...were it not for LLoyd's popularity amongst the masses I would be all over the Alteeza. Now I stand exactly where I stood prior to the original post. UNSURE.

<img border="0" src= smileys/smiley3.gif> Sorry, Altezza and Mustang are oxymorons. They have no business on a Mustang IMO. Leave the ricey taillights to those who think they'll actually add horsepower.

Just my very humble $.02
