i got mine from ebay...i had to trim just a little on one piece but thats because i want my car to look perfect! they look the same as the others

 

is it legal to black out ur tail lights?

 

Some places it is legal, some places it is not. The general opinion I believe is that if your lights are too dark to be seen in the daytime, it is a bad idea, and Johnny Law will agree. If they aren't tinted too dark to be seen in the daytime, they will be seen at night, and you probably won't have any problems.
