Default chrome rim help

I have chrome rims and the previous owner didn't keep them polished and on the inside of the rim (closest tothe brakes) there is some bubling and the chrome has chipped off. What can i do to fix this or atleast touch it up?

~Thanks

Probably not much you can do about that besides having the entire rim re-finished Just keep the outside of the rims clean and polished up with Chrome Polish. My Lincoln Navigator has the same thing going on on the inner side of the rims, but the chrome finish of the face is fine.
