i need some help
I also recommend getting a Porter Cable to remove the swirls. You can get awesome results without having to worry about burning up the paint.
I highly recommend the Optimum line of polishes for the Porter Cable.

Assuming they're spiderwebbing marks (likely introduced during the washing/drying process) and not true swirls -- and if you don't have (or don't want to spend the bucks on) a Porter-Cable -- pick up the Mothers Ultimate Wax System and either apply it by hand or with your favorite little random-orbital polisher... try two thin, light coats of step 2, the Sealer & Glaze, and that should help hide them.
Pep Boys and some other auto stores carry the system (each product is separate, and you'll want one of each of the Pre-Wax Cleaner, Sealer & Glaze, and Pure Carnauba Wax liquid or paste). Meguiar's 3-step would be a good alternative, but I like the Mothers.
And let's look at your washing and drying regimen so we can help prevent these in the future.
Or, take it to a reputable detailer to have it polished out so you can maintain it in the future.
The Porter-Cable system's a good investment, so you might think about one of Juztang's deals.
