It's not real good but here is a chop with the hood scoop in black.

I say not bad at all, since the top is black it goes well.

Personally, I think it would look great to do the hood black and give it the black center stripe. I have a mineral grey Mustang, and I'm eventually going to give it a black center stripe; haven't decided if I'm going to do the scoop, as well, yet, though.
