Ice Liquid Clay Bar...any experience??
I was just in Pep Boys pickin up some synthetic oil..when I came across Ice Liquid Clay Bar....I realy like the liquid polish as it adds a amazing shine to my black stang...has anyone had any use with the clay bar? if yes..good? bad? any good methods of application?
I have used the Ice Liquid Clay Bar. I like the traditional better though. Actual clay bars make the car feel like glass, the liquid clay doesn't do that, but it seems to cut through a VERY small amout of oxidization that the traditional won't do. At least on my car it won't.
Traditional is better IMO. Both mothers and meguairs are great! Use a mild clay bar first than an agressive one after if needed. You will know the finish is done when the paint is clear and shining. A good test is a plastic sandwich bag dragged across the paint and if it snags and doesn't feel smooth continue to clay!
