Hello everyone!
On the side panel of my 2001 True Blue mustang, i am getting where the panel is kinda peeling away. This is a new panel that was replaced almost 2 years ago and both it and the rear panel were replaced and painted. I tried applying some touch up paint to it, but it wont adhear. It beads over it and stays white. Any suggestions?

sounds like a bad paint job for which the fix is to take it back down to primer, prime, and paint, using a "trsutworthy" shop.
