cheapest place for wheels? tires?

cheapest place for wheels? tires?
im still not 100% sure what to go with.. weld's, or cobra r's, does anyone know the cheapest place to get these? other than ebay, also the cheapest place for tires.. thanks!

No complaints. I bought 4 '03 machine face cobra wheels and 4 275/40/17 Kumhos for 1000 - no tax or shipping. One of the wheels had a minor blemish, the sent the UPS dude to pick it up and sent us another. Good support.

This is where I got my stuff, and they have wheel and tire packages. they came mounted, balanced, and at my door it three day.

What kind of welds were you looking for? Cuz I was going to say that I would probably be changing my tires/wheels some time and would have to sell them, bad timing I guess.
