Help Needed "dull spot"
Hey guys,
New to the detailers section of the forum and I tend to be wordy, so here goes. I just got my 07 Mustang Wednesday so she is all clean and waxed from the dealer so it looks great. However Im already up to my eyeballs in supplies getting ready to keep my dream car clean. So anyway Friday I removed a badge the dealer put on my car and used some adhesive removing spray to get rid of the gunk. After the spray I used some Mequires detailing spray to clean off the area. The area where the badge was at is spotless but shortly after I was done I noticed a dull spot above where the badge had been. The only thing I can figuer is that I hadnt wiped off the Mequires spray fast enough because the area was getting some sun. How can I fix this?

No, don't use that junk. Find a polish, Meguiar's has a three step system you can get at any auto store. Detailing is addictive and when you get better you'll find all new products available on-line. Start with Meguiar's use the paint cleaner, then polish, and top with wax.
Thanks man I appriciate the advice. I had a feeling that Ice was just a quicky shine gimmick, no real polishing going on there. Im gonna head to the Zone tomorrow and pick it up what you suggested. Oh and your right about the addiction...the car is basically pristine and Im already obsessing about keeping it shining lol.
Have fun detailing and try new things. Look at these sites for help, hints and products
