i think it makes the front end of the 94-98 stangs look a lot better, granted not as good as they look on the 99+, but still good.

seeing a pic from the front, I'm not sure if I likeit so much any more... It just bolts or screws onto the underside of the bumper right???

yea, put it on w/ a few pop rivets in about 15 mins.

I think it looks awesome, at least on my black car... Everyone hates on the 94-98's for some reason... They look awesome w/ some new wheels...
