whats the best way to clean this?

i use neverdull, it's cotton based and comes in a can. stuff works great on anything tarnished even fine dinnerware.

I've heard great things about Neverdull but I have never used it. I use Turtle Wax Chrome Polish in the little white bottle. It works great on stainless and chrome exhaust tips.
